Continuing the theme of a mix of youth and experience, this is no better demonstrated than with the youth set-up.

Dave Millar takes over as Head Coach, working with the backs primarily. He brings a wealth of experience in terms of coaching and the ability to create an enjoyable environment alongside the other coaches and management.

Henry Edwards continues his role as Forwards Coach and brings a contemporary edge and content to the forwards coaching as was demonstrated last season.

Gary Phillips will continue to manage the team, as he has done so for the age groups for many years, and will be his first year of involvement without his son Euan playing for the club on a full time basis.

With the pathway from youth to seniors at the forefront of activity, the youth will continue to train alongside the senior teams, sharing good practice and where possible training together.
