The under 16's continued their unbeaten start to season with a victory at the Cardiff and Vale District tournament.
First game was against Llandaff RFC but we started quickly for once and ran out winners 40-0
Second game was against the hosts Barry RFC, real dominant performance saw Llanishen win 60-5
Final was against our nemisis Cowbridge who have beaten us the last three times we have played, but not this time, Llanishen were wanting this one and didnt give Cowbridge any space, ball or time and ran out comfortable Winners 25-5
