The under 13's second annual Father & Sons weekend in Porthcawl was another rip roaring success.

The weekend started with a team fitness session for the players, while the Fathers 'relaxed' with a couple of diet cokes in the bar. the evening finished sensibly, with everyone in bed before the 10pm curfew!

The following day saw a mid-morning skills session followed by a backs versus forwards tug of war. I think it best to call it a draw as there was some suspect behaviour.

The afternoon saw a tremendous surfing lesson for the boys in Rest Bar, and was followed by a meal and several more iced waters in the hotel and surrounding village watering holes. All in bed by the 10pm curfew again.

Sunday saw a relaxed breakfast followed by round robin matches against Bridgend Sport and Kenfig Hill. 2 victories rounded off what was a fabulous weekend.
