Players from our senior squad were put through their paces today by the Team at ION STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING at their facility based in Llanishen.
The lads were put through their paces and made use of the excellent equipment and programmes that the coaches at Cardiff''s Premier Strength and Conditioning Facility had to offer.
